SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA – Fidelity National Title Agency is pleased to announce that Diane Day, who possesses 36 years of title and escrow expertise, has been promoted to President/County Manager.

Day has been a vital member of Fidelity National Title’s leadership team for 14 years. She was promoted from Senior Vice President of Operations. Fidelity National Title operates a number of branches in the Valley.

Day’s primary responsibility was to manage and mentor each of the branch managers and their teams. Day’s 36 years in various facets of the title industry have given her insight and expertise in the commercial, residential, and builder arenas.

In her new role, Day will oversee the management of personnel, production, financial results, and market penetration for escrow and title related services. She will continue to manage and mentor branch teams as well as the ancillary departments at Fidelity National Title.

“Diane’s breadth of experience comes not only from holding positions such as Escrow Officer, Escrow Manager, and Operations Manager, but also from her philosophy of collaborative leadership,” said Jim John, EVP and Division Manager with Fidelity National Financial. “Her passion for title and escrow will continue Fidelity National Title Agency’s long track record of providing an unmatched customer experience.”

Day is involved with local industry groups including NAIOP Arizona, ULI Arizona, and Valley Partnership. She gives back to the community through her philanthropic endeavors with Phoenix Children’s Hospital and as a certified Rescue Diver. Day is also actively involved with organizations for the preservation and conservation of the ocean.

A native of Dayton, Ohio, Day moved to Arizona when she was 4 and was raised here. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Arizona.

Away from the office, Day enjoys playing the flute, the outdoors, golfing, hiking, and spending time with her family, which includes three children and three grandsons.

SCOTTSDALE, ARIZ. (JUNE 17, 2021) – Fidelity National Title Agency is pleased to announce a passing of the torch celebration with the retirement of industry mentor Vice President Diane Carpenter and the promotion of her protégé Kristina Gooding to Vice President/Branch Manager of the firm’s Northgate Commercial office.

Carpenter, an industry veteran of 26 years, has been with Fidelity National Title since 2016. She retires as Branch Manager of the Northgate Commercial office, 14000 N. Pima Road in Scottsdale. During her career as a commercial escrow officer, Carpenter personally closed more than 8,000 transactions valued at more than $30 billion.

Carpenter’s experience includes executing sophisticated multiparty transactions for a wide range of projects. It includes master-planned communities as well as commercial, office, industrial, medical, hospitality, multi-family and large vacant land deals for owners, lenders, investors, developers and builders. She has also managed and coordinated major non-real estate escrows, including corporate mergers and acquisitions in addition to complex joint development agreements among various developers and homebuilders.

Gooding, who previously served as Assistant Vice President/Commercial Escrow Officer, is a 15-year industry veteran. She has been with Fidelity National Title for 5 years. Her new responsibilities will be to manage the Northgate Commercial branch, which includes managing personnel, profit and loss responsibility as well as other managerial responsibilities.

She has been mentored to take the lead and is eager to embrace it.”

Born and raised in the Chicago area, Gooding is a graduate of the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in business economics and served as a member of the Alpha Kappa Psi Business Fraternity.

Gooding honed her professional expertise through successfully executing transactions for multifamily, retail shopping centers, industrial, office, residential and vacant land.  Prior to working in title and escrow, Gooding previously managed a variety of new-build and reconstruction projects.

Gooding and her husband Jason have two daughters, Harper (7) and Evelyn (4). Away from the office she enjoys playing softball, reading, relaxing with her family and cheering on the Chicago Bears.

Carpenter is a member of the Arizona State Escrow Association. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maine. She also holds a paralegal certificate from the Philadelphia Institute. In retirement she plans to spend more time with her family in Maine.

Fidelity National Title promotes industry expert Linda Bruce to Vice President Commercial Account Manager

SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA (NOVEMBER 12, 2019) – Fidelity National Title Agency is pleased to announce that Linda Bruce has been promoted to Vice President, Commercial Account Manager.

Bruce has been a vital member of Fidelity’s commercial services sales team for more than 13 years and has 25 years of experience in sales and marketing with a high-level customer service. In 2007, her role expanded to the Commercial and Banking Partners segment, where she achieved outstanding results by growing an impressive portfolio of diverse clients in the commercial and banking industry.

Bruce has achieved numerous awards at Fidelity and currently holds the prestigious “Hall of Fame” honor. Bruce graduated with a bachelor’s degree in communications and marketing from the University of Arizona.

Prior to joining Fidelity, Bruce worked at Showtime Networks with strategic accounts in the fast-paced and demanding entertainment industry. In that position Bruce developed her skills in building and managing multiple high-level national marketing campaigns for more than ten years.
